I look for businesses with strong reviews and no website. Yours came up. So I built a preview of what your site could look like from what's on public record, and sent you the link.
That preview is already finished. It cost you nothing and it obligates you to nothing. If you look at it and want it live, tell me. If you don't, you'll never hear from me again.
If you need one of these, say so and I'll point you to someone who does it properly. I'd rather do that than sell you something I'm not good at.
That covers hosting, the security certificate, backups and updates. It also covers the small changes that otherwise never get made: new hours, a new phone number, a service you've added, a photo you want swapped, a price that's changed. You email me, I do it.
If you cancel, nothing gets held hostage. The domain is already yours and the site files are yours. I'll hand you everything and help you move it wherever you want.
It's already built. Open it on your phone, show it to your spouse, sit on it for a week. Nothing is charged and nothing expires.
I got something wrong. I always do. Wrong service listed, wrong area covered, a photo you hate. Tell me and I'll fix it before anything goes live.
We register the domain to you, point it at the finished site, and you're online. Usually about two weeks from the day you say go.
Fair question, given how you heard from me. Here's the test: I haven't asked you for money, for a card, or for a signature, and the preview was free before you ever replied. Nothing is owed until you've seen the finished site and said yes to it.
Sometimes you should. If someone in your life will genuinely build it, keep it updated and answer the phone in two years, that's a better deal than mine. What I'm selling is that it actually gets finished, and that somebody's still maintaining it next year.
The domain is registered to you and the hosting account is in your name, so you keep working either way. That's deliberate. A site you don't control is a site someone can hold over you.
There's a one-page agreement covering what I'm building and what it costs. There's no term, no auto-renew and no cancellation fee on the monthly plan.
